At fitness 19, you’ll find a bit of everything: cardio machines, weight lifting equipment, fitness classes and more. They originally began when the owners felt there was something missing from the traditional health club model. So they opened an affordable, family-friendly gym and have since expanded into several states in the US.

Super Fitness Center
Locally owned and operated since 1972, Team Super Fitness Center now has two Toledo locations. They’ve become the largest, most equipped and most affordable fitness centers in NW Ohio and their facilities are designed to accommodate the total population from children to adults to senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
Definition Fitness and Training
Located in Sylvania, Definition is a 24/7 gym with personal training options, nutrition counseling and physical therapy. Their membership strives to keep things simple; they don’t charge an enrollment fee or a maintenance fee and you can even try them out for a week at no cost!

The mission of Toledo Yoga is to create a powerful community through the practice of yoga. Their highly engaged team provides instruction, education and inspiration in every class so you can practice yoga on and off the mat both in the studio and at home.
Bikram Yoga Toledo
Bikram Yoga is a challenging 90-minute beginning yoga class that consists of 26 classic Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. As you progress, you’ll become stronger, gain stamina, heal old injuries and prevent new ones. The studio welcomes students of all ages and experience levels!
Owner and instructor, Nicole Losie, acquired her passion for yoga through regular classes and wants to share that with everyone who comes in her studio. Owner, Mo Sheahan, operates a Pure Barre studio in Toledo and in Perrysburg. Her love for our community inspired her to create LoveLettersToToledo.com and continually drives her passion for improving the health and lifestyles of citizens. Anyone over the age of 16 can participate so check out the schedule and get started!
Driven Fitness covers everything: Pilates, Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Indoor and Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp and Pilates-TRX Fusion training.
