Joe Sparks taught his first yoga class in 1976 and we’re so glad he did! After teaching in various locations throughout the city, he opened his studio in Perrysburg in 2004 — always teaching with a focus on stability and mobility in a non-competitive, self-healing, mindful environment. In 2009, his studio became the first Hot Yoga studio in the Toledo Metro Area and he has since incorporated YogAlign and Kettlebells into his programs as well.
