On February 5th, we had the great privilege of celebrating another year of excellence at our 64th Annual Business Meeting. Over the course of 2025, our 387 agents closed an impressive amount of deals—4,530 transactions that amounted to over $1.2 billion in sales volume. This was the highest annual volume on record for our company, which is all the more remarkable during a year of massive industry changes. We are so proud of our agents for raising the bar in service, professionalism, and tenacity.
Another incredible achievement is our agents’ commitment to supporting their communities. Our LOLO program, which includes monthly gifts toward a local business that Realtors send to their clients, has generated nearly $160,000 since it began 6 years ago. Additionally, the 2025 Danberry Treasure Chest Auction raised $125,000 for ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital, $5,000 for Blanchard Family Health System, and $3,000 for Wayne County Family & Children First Council. Many Danberry agents are part of our company contribution program, meaning a portion of every commission check is donated to the Treasure Chest. Together, these charitable agents raised $27,741 in 2025. A very special shout out to the agents who were the top donors last year: Scott Estep, John Fesh, and Garrett Luhring.
Also recognized for their community impact were the recipients of the Danberry Heart Awards, each chosen by one of our three owners for their altruistic spirit: Melissa Glaze, Melanie Drouhard, and Daryl Smith. Thank you for being true representatives of our company’s mission.
