Situated on the Grand River in West Michigan is Grand Rapids, hometown of President Gerald Ford. Visitors can experience the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum, where he and his wife Betty are buried. History buffs will love all that Dayton has to offer. It’s home to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, a top-rated Ohio attraction. Carillon Historical Park is a 65-acre open-air history museum with many enriching exhibits, including the Wright Brothers National Museum. Flying aficionados can also visit the Huffman Prairie Flying Field, the Dayton pasture where the Wright brothers performed their flight experiments.
