Last week we had the honor of being recognized as the Toledo Blade’s Top Workplace in the Large Business Category, which includes companies with more than 300 people. This was the eighth consecutive year that we’ve proudly earned this title. Nurturing a positive, supportive culture is at the heart of everything we do.
As Kevin Warren, Danberry owner and COO, expressed to The Blade, “We have become much more than a real estate company. We are a people company now. Everything we do is about the person.”
Maggie Fawcett, Danberry owner, also affirmed this sentiment, “We really look at the well-being of everyone who works here and try to make right by them, and it has come back tenfold really.”

You might think working at a large company would make staff feel like small fish in a big pond, but that couldn’t be further from the truth in our tight-knit brokerage. Collaboration is key at Danberry, as evidenced by our Ironworks program, agent-led training sessions, and our core principle of community service. In addition, we have a streamlined process that takes care of many agent duties on the backend— from listing and closing admin, to sign installation, and our Agent Services team that goes above and beyond to support agents and keep them organized.
Creating an award-winning culture is a team effort that we continuously work to strengthen. We want to thank The Blade for this recognition and thank our entire Danberry Family for this amazing achievement. We look forward to another year of growth, connectivity, and professionalism!
