
We are thrilled to announce that our leadership team has expanded! Three new Assistant Managers have been appointed: Nancy Brown and Tina Griffith in the Toledo office, and Tiffany Holdgreve in the Findlay office. Over the last five years, our agent count has grown by 35%.

Including our newest managers, Danberry boasts a leadership team of 15 Managers and Brokers dedicated to assisting agents and providing clients with exceptional service throughout every stage of the real estate transaction.

- Nancy Brown joined Danberry over two years ago and quickly established herself as a trusted real estate professional known for her energy and dedication to clients. Prior to real estate, she owned her own benefits consulting business where she spent more than 15 years helping clients navigate complex needs and contracts. Her experience in negotiation, client service, and problem-solving has contributed to her success and made her a natural fit for a leadership role.
- Tina Griffith is celebrating nine years with Danberry and brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and management experience to her role. Prior to real estate, she spent 25 years in retail leadership, overseeing high-performing teams. During her career with Danberry, she has helped hundreds of clients, earning a reputation for exceptional service, strategic negotiation and building lasting relationships.
- Tiffany Holdgreve, who is celebrating six years with Danberry, brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the company’s culture and commitment to excellence. A longtime Findlay resident with more than 20 years of professional experience in Hancock County, Holdgreve has become a respected leader throughout the region. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, she currently serves as President of the Heartland Real Estate Association and is a graduate of the Hancock Leadership Class of 2024.
