This is Danberry’s 5th consecutive year qualifying for the Billionaire’s Club with $1.24B in 2025 sales volume—a performance that placed us at #254 out of all brokerages nationwide. Our ranking for sides was #103 in the country with over 4,500 closed transaction sides last year. We were the only company in the Toledo market to make the RealTrends Top 500. Danberry also claimed the #66 spot for top independent private brokerages—the only company headquartered in Ohio to qualify for this category.

This is especially meaningful as a non-franchise business in a comparatively affordable market. As of March, the median sales price in Northwest Ohio was 54% below the national median.
