Danberry Realtors will be expanding east into Wayne County, OH! This is our fourth addition in the last 4 years after opening the Findlay and Bowling Green offices in 2018 followed by our Woodville office in 2020.
The latest extension will be located on Burbank Road in Wooster, Ohio. Previously, our service areas only included Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, so this exciting development expands Danberry’s territory into North Central Ohio. Wooster is the largest city in Wayne County and offers The College of Wooster, Ohio State ATI, impressive commercial operations, and the annual Woosterfest. We believe Wooster was the natural choice for market growth and we look forward to joining the tight-knit community.
Chris Hall, who has been a licensed REALTORⓇ for 43 years, will be leading the new office. Chris has been with the Danberry Co. for 20 years and formerly served as President of the Ohio Association of REALTORSⓇ. In 2015, he was honored with the Distinguished Service Award by Northwest Ohio REALTORSⓇ. Chris resides in the Wooster Metro Area with his fiancée, Jen Wiles.
Speaking on the appeal of the area, Chris said, “Falling in love with Wayne and Holmes Counties comes naturally as it has some of the most beautiful scenery in the state. We love to share that with our other Ohio friends.” He added, “We’re excited to introduce Danberry’s special culture to North Central Ohio.”
