Exceptional, Talented Real Estate Professional Tina has assisted our daughter and her family with the purchase and/or sale of multiple homes. The experiences were excellent and led our daughter to recommend Tina to us. We are fortunate she did. We have a great new Toledo home because of Tina's really good efforts. We live 3 1/2 hours away, and Tina unfailingly made it possible for us to view homes in person or by video because she was willing to work so very hard to make herself available on short notice and at odd times. She was constantly available to assist us; her communication and availability is truly excellent. And, Tina knows Toledo and the greater Toledo area so very well. We identified the type of home and type of area we were looking for, and Tina was right on the mark providing us a variety of homes to consider that fit our preferences closely. She would look at homes for us when we were not available to do so. Noteworthy is her good eye and observation skills, noting the strengths and weaknesses of homes, particularly condition and upkeep issues. She is quite honest, perceptive, accurate, and consistent in providing such assessments to her clients. We were much more at ease in making such a big purchase because of her candid assessments. Our offer and acceptance process was very challenging, and Tina saved the day, and is the reason we have our new house, which we like very much. We saw our new home at 11:30 a.m., and the deadline for offers was 5:00 p.m. that same day. As we two purchasers went back and forth on whether to offer or not the day wore on. We told Tina we would make an offer and then at 3:30 p.m. changed our minds. At 4:30 p.m. or so we changed our minds again and asked Tina if we could still get in an offer. Tina was already helping another client, as she told us early in the day would be the case, but she (and her spouse), did a ton of paperwork, gave great advice on packaging the offer, and we ended up with our great house.
