As a first-time home buyer, Garrett was very helpful and explained the process well. Additionally, I was not in Ohio until closing, and Garrett made it so I could make a confident choice without actually being able to step foot in the house. We were able to close in less than two weeks (which was very fast but what we needed/wanted). Garrett advised an offer that would not need negotiation since we wanted to close quickly, so I can't speak to his negotiation skills, but the offer was accepted, and it felt like we were not putting too much on the table. Garrett was quick to respond and definitely helped make the process pretty easy.

I can't recommend Garrett enough. My wife and I are moving to the Toledo area from out of state and weren't familiar with Toledo or the surrounding communities. Garrett is truly the BEST realtor you will ever find. From the very beginning, he was personable, attentive, and completely invested in understanding our needs and wants when selecting a home. His response time is incredibly fast - every listing I sent him was arranged for a tour by the end of the day, and we were walking through homes within 24-48 hours. No delays, no waiting around. And when he tours homes, he approaches them as if he were the one buying. He takes detailed notes, checks the foundation and structure, asks smart questions, and offers tips and ideas we would have never thought of. Even though we ended up choosing a new construction, Garrett still went above and beyond. He asked all the right questions, connected us with an excellent inspector, and guided us through every step of the entire process. During our orientation and signings, he showed up immediately, took notes, asked the seller and builder questions we didn't even think of - and even helped keep our six-year-old twins entertained while we focused.
