I’m not sure where to even begin with Nancy. She was truly the best and Sam and I couldn’t have gotten luckier when looking for a realtor. We went into the process knowing the basics of how everything worked, but Nance went above and beyond with her explanation and thoroughness. She would talk us through anything we had even little questions about. This truly didn’t feel like it was her job but she truly wanted us to find a home we would love. We had never met Nancy before looking for a home but when we met she felt like a family friend that was looking out for our best interest and not just like we were numbers or profit. When I say YOU HAVE TO GO WITH NANCY BROWN, it's a must !! Let me tell you why. When she's with you, she made me feel like I was her only client. She gives you her full attention , never rushed! No question to big or to small. Not only that! but even after purchasing my first ever home, she went above and beyond her duties. Her job was done, she sold me the house. But after I had a problem with something in the house I panicked and didn't know who to call and I called Nancy, not only did she continue to help me through the steps to take with the problem and even checked in. She's so real , caring and truly wants what you want but honestly it doesn't stop there. she truly goes beyond her role. I think one of my favorite parts is while looking at a house she said , oh gosh this one is awful and scary. she isn't gonna sell you a house that's not fit for you. This woman deserves 10 stars, I'm so grateful to have had her be my realtor and to experience my first home buy with her at my side and through the whole process!

Nancy was exactly what we needed from a realtor. We were relocating from out of the area and she helped to identify homes, plan visits, and gave us advise and guidance throughout the process. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, home value, and repair. She would routinely spot things during visits we missed and always had out best interest in mind, even if it steered us to less expensive homes.
