Lindsey was great to work with! She is kind knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. She explained everything and helped us get a great buyer for our home.

(Selling) Chad was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He set up the open house, took all the offers, got everything put into an easy to consume format for us so that we could make a decision. Extremely happy with the entire process, start to finish. (Buying) Chad was patient with us. I think we viewed a few dozen houses over the course of a month, constantly texted him, had him show up during Fathers day so we could walk through a house we knew was out of our price range (just to get ideas on what we like/not like). He even worked with to submit and modify our offer (on the house we ended up buying) while we were in the hospital having our second child. He knew all the realtor lingo, pointed out things we would miss at houses, very friendly and down-to-earth guy. We were very happy that we went with him for our purchase. If we sell/buy in the future we know we will be calling him up again.
