PLEASE READ!! I have worked with dozens of realtors over my lifetime and I have NEVER had a better experience then I did with Nancy Brown. Honesty is the first and foremost trait that stands out with Nancy. I interviewed 5 other realtors before picking Nancy. All 5 realtors gave me listing prices higher than house value with the comment of "we will lower the price after a week if we have no interest". These realtors were trying to "buy" my listing in my opinion and once they had it and it was on the market a while it would be lowered to the correct price but at least they had the listing right !?! Nancy told me from the start the value and that she understood if I didn't want to list with her because the price wasn't what I wanted but she didn't want to waist my time listing the house to high over value like the other realtors were willing to do (NO GAMES WITH NANCY) She told me what her and the company thought my house was worth and of course I knew better than them because of the other realtors comments so we listed it at the price I wanted to list it at . That didn't work even though we had lots of showings the reviews were that it was overpriced. Sooo! we listed it where Nancy originally suggested and it sold first day (HONESTY hurts sometimes). Second trait about Nancy I want everyone to know is that she ALWAYS answers the telephone whether its night or day. If she didn't answer the phone she texted immediately to tell me why and then promptly called me back. I was a demanding client and she kindly and professionally handled all my questions and concerns with ZERO attitude. We were so impressed with Nancy I mentioned to her my parents would be selling and she brought them a buyer the very next day and sold there house for full value. If you want a hard working, and honest realtor with no realtor drama or sales pitch PLEASE call Nancy Brown.
