I had initially planned on selling my parents home myself, but was advised to use a realtor. Going into this, my opinions of real estate agents were not very high. Heather was recommended by someone I know so I contacted her. So glad I did! She totally changed my opinions. She met with me the same day I contacted her, the house was on the market three days later and sold within 72 hours. She had done some research prior to meeting me and came prepared. She explained everything clearly and precisely every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Great experience with Scott. He asked questions to understand our wants and needs. Provided direction when it came to the space to meet our needs. Prayed with us at all our viewings. God was working with us. In this crazy market we found a house that works for our family, didn't have to go over listing price, and signed for our home within 5 months of beginning our search. Nicole is an excellent realtor and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of her job! My sister had unexpectedly died and it was up to her three sisters to sell her house etc. Through a dear friend of mine Nicole was suggested! The Best Professional Possible We had decided to retire here in Findlay, where Scott grew up. Our son and daughter-in-law were helping us in the purchase. Our daughter and son-in-law were in Findlay and were our "eyes" on this end. We certainly presented Nicole a challenge with so many parties involved. She absolutely went above and beyond in every aspect, keeping all parties informed and updated. The seller's agent was less than "ethical" in her dealings, but Nicole kept the transaction above board and honest, resulting in the purchase of our home. Emily was such an amazing realtor to work with! In this tough market, my fiancé and I were trying to look for our first home when everyone else was telling us not to. Emily was by our side the entire way through and always willing to go look at any house I inquired about. With houses going so quickly, it was so important that we got into house right when they went on the market and she was always able to accommodate our schedule.
