Mark Mikolajczyk is not your average REALTOR® - he's a blend of passion, hard work, and a whole lot of fun! Mark was born and raised in Point Place, a hidden gem in the Toledo area. A Woodward High School graduate, Mark continued his education at Owens Community College for a 4-year apprenticeship and Hondros College for Real Estate. Mark also has ties to Wooster, Ohio, and the surrounding area, having lived there for 12 years. He is happily married to his wife, Eileen.
Before diving into the world of real estate, Mark spent almost 3 decades crafting precision as a Tool and Die Maker, bringing valuable skills and experience as a REALTOR®. Inspired by his own mixed experiences with agents, Mark understands the roller coaster of emotions that come with buying and selling, which drew him to becoming a REALTOR® himself. Mark is known for his passion, diligent work ethic, loyalty, vast knowledge, and overall calming demeanor.
Outside of work, Mark has a deep appreciation for local treasures like Freight House Coffee Company in Oregon, Home Slice Pizza, and Ye Olde Durty Bird in Downtown Toledo, showcasing his commitment to supporting the community he serves. Mark, an avid musician, plays bass in a local cover band. With a heart for volunteering and a fascination for Great Lakes freighters, you can find him deep in the hull of the Col. James M. Schoonmaker painting, doing maintenance and repairs, or wandering the exhibits of the National Museum of the Great Lakes.
Mark set out to redefine the real estate game and armed himself with designations as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), as well as completing Ninja Sales Training every year since 2021. Mark is well-equipped to guide clients through real estate transactions and offer top-notch services and representation. Mark is your go-to guy for all things fun, reliable, and downright awesome in the world of real estate.
Mark is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR®, and National Association of REALTORS®. Mark is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where he is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. The firm achieved over 4,000 transactions in addition to obtaining $2.8 billion in sales volume.
