Optimistic. Driven. Relatable. Organized.
These are the qualities that Maddison Shutters brings with her in every professional interaction she encounters. Day in and day out, she demonstrates that hard work, a listening ear, and efficiency go a long way. When she's not doing what she loves in the real estate industry, she spends her time performing music at local venues, working as a freelance writer, and spending quality time with her family.
Maddison was born and raised in the Toledo area, where she currently resides with her husband Chris, son Bowen, and dog Caico. Growing up in Whitehouse, Ohio, she graduated from Anthony Wayne High School, where she later received both her B.A. and M.A. in English Literature from the University of Toledo. After working in higher education and spending cherished time with her son, Maddison felt the innate desire to invest in herself and connect with the community.
In early 2023, she followed her intuition and became a full-time licensed REALTOR® from the top-rated Hondros College of Business. She is also a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR® and National Association of REALTORS®. Maddison proudly represents the highly accredited, locally owned brokerage firm The Danberry Company, where she is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized service to Toledo area residents.
Maddison believes that her role as your agent is to be your guide. Through her continued education, unmatched mentorship, and accessibility to helpful resources, she has both the knowledge and support to ensure that your transaction is executed with ease. She recognizes that you are the decision maker and strives to keep you confident and in control. Let Maddison be your guide as you begin your next real estate transaction.
